Our Advanced home inspection is a non-invasive, visual inspection of a structure. It is conducted by a certified professional, who will look for defects or issues with the structure and its components, then provide you with a digital photo report for your review. Our standard home inspection covers over 1,800 items through out Seven categories. Your roof and attic, structure, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior and exterior features, and windows and doors. As well as any accessory buildings, sheds, garages, and yard.

A wind mitigation inspection is a visual examination of the condition of your roof and the techniques used during its construction.
Unlike a typical home inspection, a wind mitigation inspection focuses solely on your roof. For this reason, someone will need to be present to allow the inspector access into the attic to view the underside of your roof.
In addition to protecting your home, the most popular reason for getting a wind mitigation inspection is to save money on your homeowners insurance.
Legally, your carrier must provide you with insurance discounts for a “passing grade.” The more wind-resistant features your roof has, the deeper your discount.

I started off in 2002 at a four year trade school where I took classes on electrical, HVAC, general construction, blueprint reading, plumbing, and welding. Upon graduating in 2006 with a certificate in construction, I entered the construction industry and quickly worked my way up to a project manager by 2008. Building and remodeling house, condos, apartment buildings, and commercial buildings, it is not common for me to see something that surprises me. There is not a field of construction that I have not worked in with hands on experience. In 2014 I obtained my Inspectors license. I continued to run a construction company doing remodeling and new construction of residential properties, hotels, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and restaurants while also performing thousands of home inspections across Central Florida, from St Pete, to Daytona, to Ocala down to Arcadia.
